How to register?

Coaches, please register your team by completing the form below, and please bring the payment with you to the tournament registration. Cash or Checks will be accepted. Checks can be made payable to CoreHKY. Additionally, please have a roster and ALL of your player’s CoreHKY Medical Waiver ready to turn in at registration.

*Please note we mandate masks to be worn by all participates, coaches, and staff. At this time, we do not allow spectators at our events.
